This year after extensive on ground research, Beacon has released its first
edition of the corporate finance department’s career mapping. An inclusive guide
to everyone pursuing a career in finance and for learning and development teams
to build capacities, develop workforce, and build a performing culture that
achieves business goals.
Setting this vision in front of our eyes, Beacon has decided to develop an
digital mapping tool for the financial sector training.
With its vast experience in the financial field, Beacon Fintrain has been empowering businesses for years. This year, after extensive on ground research, we're introducing our financial career mapping to be an inclusive guide to everyone pursuing a career in finance and for learning and development teams to build capacities. Our journey starts with the financial sector map. This map has been designed to help L&Ds understand the hierarchy of the financial sector. Meanwhile, Beacon has launched its training consultation service, the second step, through which we help L&Ds identify the competencies needed for each role. This acts as the foundation for planning learning journeys aiming at developing workforce and building performing cultures that achieve business goals. That's where our third step, training bites, comes into action. L&D's can now mix and match between the learning bites to customize a learning plan that covers their financial team's knowledge gaps. This way they can grow the team's skills and retain talents while grasping new market opportunities.
