SMEs account for the majority of businesses worldwide and are important contributors to job creation and global economic development. They represent about 90% of businesses and more than 50% of employment worldwide. They also contribute up to 40% of national income (GDP) in emerging economies. Due to this major role that SMEs play in most economies, this learning track is specifically designed to develop the analytical skills needed to assess the credit department in all banks of small and medium-sized enterprises in order to overcome the constraints between banks and SME clients and improve the overall SME lending process. This academy is a comprehensive track that includes 16 modules designed to improve the whole process for all employees. The journey explores the fundamentals of economics, accounting, and finance.
