Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your enrolment in and use of Beacon FinTrain's training services, including attendance, payment, cancellation, refunds, intellectual property, and privacy. By enrolling in a course or accessing the website, you agree to all conditions below.

Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Beacon FinTrain. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Beacon FinTrain's website and training services, located at beacon.com.eg. By accessing this website or enrolling in any course you accept these terms and conditions in full.

Attendance Ground Rules
Client participation and consistent attendance are crucial for successful course completion and obtaining the certificate.
General Guidelines:
- Clients must attend at least 75% of course sessions to be eligible for the certificate.
- Digital certificates are provided through our learning management system or via email at the end of each course.
In-Person Sessions:
- Arrive on time for each training session. If facing difficulties, notify the training account manager as soon as possible.
- Ensure that your cell phone and other electronic devices are on silent mode during training.
Virtual Sessions:
- Camera Usage: All participants must keep their cameras on throughout Zoom or Teams sessions.
- Active Participation: Clients are expected to actively engage in discussions and interactive elements.
- Minimal Distractions: Ensure a quiet environment during virtual sessions.
- Technical Readiness: Clients must ensure a stable internet connection and functional devices.
- Non-engagement will be monitored and may affect participation records.
Hybrid Sessions:
- Clients may choose either virtual or face-to-face modality. Only one modality change is allowed for the entire course.
- To switch from in-person to virtual, notify Customer Service at least 48 hours in advance with a valid reason. The switch is subject to availability.

Rescheduling Policy
Client-Initiated Rescheduling:
- Clients may request rescheduling with a minimum of 14 days' advance notice before the scheduled date at no additional cost.
- A rescheduling fee of 15% of the total service fee applies if the request is made less than 14 days before the training start date and the client chooses to reschedule within one month.
- If new dates fall outside the agreed-upon timeframe, new rates shall apply.
- All rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing to the sales representative who initiated the agreement.
Beacon FinTrain-Initiated Rescheduling:
- In the rare event that Beacon FinTrain needs to reschedule, the client will be notified at least 14 days before the scheduled date.
- The client will be given the option to reschedule at a mutually agreeable time or receive a full refund.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in written form.
Client-Initiated Cancellation:
- Advance notice of 14 days is required to cancel without penalty.
- Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee (refer to the Refund Policy section).
Beacon FinTrain-Initiated Cancellation:
- Beacon FinTrain reserves the right to cancel a service under extenuating circumstances.
- In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Recap Policy
Applicable for Knowledge and Full Training Programs (certificates only).
- Clients are allowed to recap missed sessions up to 10% of the entire program.
- Requests for re-attendance must be made at least 48 hours before the absence.
- Recap sessions are subject to availability on Beacon FinTrain's side.
- Only full training program clients who have previously scheduled the exam for the upcoming window may request to repeat the entire program, subject to availability.

Transfer Between Groups
- Clients must provide a valid reason when requesting to transfer between groups.
- Transfers are permitted only at the beginning of the course or at the commencement of a new module.
- Clients are restricted to one transfer per course.
- Clients must complete and submit a transfer request form to initiate a transfer.

Class Evaluation Policy
Client feedback is essential for continuous improvement and ensuring a high-quality learning experience.
- Certification & Long-term Programs: Clients are required to fill out evaluation forms every three sessions throughout the duration of the program.
- Training Workshops: Clients must complete evaluation forms by the end of the program.

Payment Terms
- 100% payment is due at least 15 days before the program start date.
- Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer and Online Payment.
- Cheques are not accepted under any circumstances.
- The amount must be net of tax or any other deductions.
Late Payment Fee:
- A late payment fee is triggered on the 15th day of delay from the scheduled payment date.
- The late fee is 10% per month of the total delayed payment amount.
- If multiple payments are overdue, each missed payment incurs a separate late fee.
- The course will be suspended until the outstanding payment is settled.

Refund Policy
- Full refund (100%) — cancellation made 14 or more days before the commencement date.
- Partial refund (50%) — cancellation made between 7 and 14 days before the commencement date.
- Partial refund (25%) — cancellation made less than 7 days before the commencement date.
- No refund — in the event of a "No Show" (failure to attend without prior notice).
Refund Options:
- Same Payment Method: Refunds are processed using the original payment method within 30 days of the refund request date.
- Credit Note: Clients may opt for a credit note valid for 12 months from the date of issuance, redeemable for any future Beacon FinTrain program.

Copyrights & Access Policy
Clients can access copyrighted materials through our learning management system. Downloading or printing of materials is not permitted.
Access Duration:
- Certification programs: 12 months of access.
- Workshops: 2 months of access.
- Full Training Package: Access to materials from the institutes is granted within 3 weeks of receiving full payment.

Client Testimonials Policy
- Clients have the freedom to decide whether or not to record testimonials.
- By agreeing to a testimonial, the client allows Beacon FinTrain to use their opinion and videos for social media and marketing purposes, including promotional videos, posts, and other materials.
- Beacon FinTrain may edit the testimonial or video for length, clarity, or other reasonable purposes.
- Testimonials may be used in conjunction with other testimonials or videos from different clients.

Intellectual Property & License
Unless otherwise stated, Beacon FinTrain and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
You must not:
- Republish material from Beacon FinTrain without written permission.
- Sell, rent, or sub-license material from this website.
- Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material for commercial purposes.
- Redistribute content from Beacon FinTrain without prior approval.
No use of Beacon FinTrain's logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking purposes without a trademark license agreement. You may not create frames around our web pages that alter the visual presentation of our website.

- Nothing in this disclaimer limits our or your liability for death or personal injury.
- Nothing limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Nothing excludes liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.
